How to Create Fitness Fanatic Hair Extension Hairstyles in 2 Ways

Using hair extensions while working out? Yes, it’s possible!

We love hair extensions because you can do anything with them. Contrary to popular belief, having hair extensions does not limit what you can do with your hair or your daily routine. You can still have a rigorous workout or namaste sesh all day long and your hair extensions won’t get in the way.

If you’re looking for no-fuss hairstyles that you can wear while you’re breaking a sweat, look no further than these two looks. Read on as we teach you how to apply the hair extensions and how you can make the off-duty high ponytail and the braided ponytail.
