This collective of educators brings a variety of specialties, expert experiences and powerhouse personalities. hairtalk® Master Educators are part of our family and when you attend one of our classes, you instantly feel their passion. Their love for art and education resonates as they share the tools and techniques to guide you in building a strong foundation in hair extensions. Las Vegas native, Victoria began her love affair with hair at age 10 and earned her cosmetology license before graduating from high school. She is the hair extensions expert and has completed full applications in under 10 minutes. Victoria specializes in “tragic transformations” and creating jaw-dropping editorial looks. She floats effortlessly and flawlessly from behind the chair at Hotbox Salon in Las Vegas, NV to platform, education, product development and editorial work. Her work has graced the covers and pages of top influential magazines such as W, More, Paper, InStyle, Modern Salon, Behind The Chair and many more. Victoria believes a successful stylist and educator must constantly grow and forever be open to learning. Always inspired by other stylists she in turn is herself, an inspiration.

Jaqueline's passion for hair and beauty has existed as long as she can remember. She began doing hair and makeup for local Las Vegas magazines and her career took off. She's worked on countless movie sets, runways, tradeshows and education events over her career mastering a wide range of hair craft but tape-in extensions is always her most requested service behind the chair at Hotbox Salon in Las Vegas, NV. Jaqueline piloted the hairtalk® Bilingual Education Program with our team and has certified thousands of stylists in the US, Honduras, Guatema, Mexico and Dominican Republic in English and Spanish. She believes in “always learning, always growing” and “changing lives, one head at a time”.

Alyssa started her journey at 19 since has strived everyday to grow as a stylist and share her passion with other stylists. Just 6 months after being behind the chair, she started her business, Lyss Blaire Hair at Salon Revive in Holly Springs, NC. Her first experience with extensions started in beauty school. After the first application she did transforming an instructor with alopecia, she knew exactly the direction she wanted her career to go. After graduation, she explored many different extension companies and was quickly captivated by the hairtalk® Master Educators teaching her first certification. Alyssa started changing their lives the day after being certified bringing a whole new meaning to “hair goals”. She says her “biggest accomplishment in the hair world so far is joining the hairtalk® Academy” and her passion is to teach and inspire other stylists sharing the joys and successes extensions services have brought to her client's lives and hers.

April, a busy salon owner at Spoiled Spa and Salon in Vancouver, WA, opening her 2nd location in 2021 is also a wife and mother of two. She left her career in sales after meeting a beauty school director who inspired a new career path which led her to hair and beauty. In November 2015, her love of extensions launched her career as an educator and she continues to share her knowledge of extensions while drawing inspiration and perspective from her clients. She says, “my clients give me an amazing perspective [in my personal, family and business life] that I would never have received with my upbringing alone.” April is a fun, loyal, and hardworking multimethod extension expert who'll leave you inspired and excited to take your stylist journey.

Arleny is a 10 year veteran hair stylist and currently works full time behind while raising her 2 boys. Her creative identity began when she was studying architecture and fashion design and soon created her hairstylist brand identity, “HairByLeny”. Thanks to her studies, Arleny navigates modern concepts and techniques in innovative ways allowing her to achieve colors and textures in any hair type. Much of her motivation has been driven by her family's experience with breast cancer and has devoted her career to helping women who have experienced cancer-related hair loss which is the main reason she decided to specialize in hair extensions. Today, as an educator she loves sharing her knowledge and helping stylists conceptualize new styles in extensions recognizing - there are no limits in creativity.

Caitlin, a stylist, educator, wife and dog mom to Atlas, began her career in 2010 discovering her fascination with extensions and education early. Caitlin began mentoring stylists between clients at her first salon. She coached on technical skills, salon etiquette, marketing and goal setting. In 2013, she began her educator and platform artist journey with Michael O'Rourke's Rock Your Hair team, teaching haircutting techniques and this she credits perfecting her ability to create the perfect blended extensions...and we know that's no easy task! Her passion for educating and inspiring other stylists led her to form a competition free community via social media and other channels because she believes all stylists can be successful and she's devoted to being a part of that success. In 2016, after experimenting with many extensions brands, she was introduced to hairtalk® and shifted her career focus to hair extensions. Today, all her clients are extensions, wig or hair replacement wearers in some small or big way. When she's not doing hair, she's creating social media content, marketing her business online or walking “Atlas” on the beach with her husband.

Chantelina's story is a bit unique…your eyes are not deceiving you if you see a hairtalk model and think she looks familiar. While in beauty school, she was invited to model for a hairtalk® education video shoot. Being in the chair, she was transformed in more ways than she knew, learning early that her passion was not only to create beautiful work, but to teach and give to other stylists what we gave her. We “gifted” her certification to celebrate her graduation and her exact words to us were, ”I'm going to be on this team.”. After two years of hairtalk modeling she passed Master Educator certification and made her dream come true. Chantelina says “she didn't dip her toes in the water but jumped right in…as a single young mom, I want to show my daughter anything in this world is possible, so long as you love what you do and you're passionate about it.”

Fast forward 15+ years behind the chair, she now owns Karma Hair Studio in Boca Raton, FL and has built her business and the loyalty of her clients as an extensions expert and color specialist. Her journey brings her here, empowering stylists to achieve success and confidence through continued education as a hairtalk® Master Educator. Her passionate family history and roots in hair (no pun intended) are what Cindy brings to every experience she has with clients and especially fellow artists. When she's not hands in hair or teaching Cindy's adventures include traveling, reading and being with her son and daughter because she says “it goes fast and I don't want to miss a thing!”.

Hadeel “just [wakes] up every day insanely grateful for every little thing, and [tries] try to work the hardest [she] can so the universe can reward [her] when it deems [she's] earned it.

Heather began her career as a licensed cosmetologist in 2004 and from the start specialized in hair extensions and solutions for thinning hair. Her passion for learning and education is always what drives her creativity as a stylist. When she’s not behind the chair or in the classroom, she's with her family and probably knees deep in some sort of self-inflicted project! Heather has taken advanced education on extensions, color techniques and business building from industry leaders in these areas and when she was introduced to hairtalk® extensions in 2015 and joined the hairtalk Master Educator Team it gave her a whole new approach behind the chair. Since then, she's traveled the country certifying thousands of beauty professionals in hairtalk extensions products and methods and says, "Being a hairstylist and an educator is the perfect balance for me. It reminds me how lucky I am that I can combine my love and passion for two different things into one!"

Hilary was in 9th grade when her mom arrived from a salon appointment and told her the salon owner was looking for a shampoo attendant...she started a week later and never looked back. She’s been officially behind the chair since 2007 and after attending a hairtalk® Tape Master Certification decided this was the brand she wanted to work with and began her journey as a Master Educator. Hilary believes that all great teachers are always learning and her passion for inspiring other beauty professionals is always present in her classes. When she's not behind the chair, all her free time is devoted to raising her son.

Kelsie is a Pasadena native and has spent most of her life in the Northern California Sierra Foothills, where it seems she's always loved all things fashion and beauty. After a 2 year “college detour”, she left behind her hard earned scholarships and academic accomplishments to follow her passion; hair artistry - always believing her love for the industry would lead her to great things. While in cosmetology school Kelsie remembers attending a hair show and watching hairtalk® Master Educators on stage inspiring other stylists. Fast forward several years and A LOT of hard work, Kelsie is now a Senior Stylist at Luxelab Salon specializing in cuts, color, styling and of course - extension services. As a hairtalk® Master Educator she feeds her passion for teaching and learning to keep her skills as sharp as her shears and if she's not teaching or behind the chair you'll find her on the water riding her beach cruiser or creating all kinds of art on canvas.

At the age of 10, Lauren already knew that beauty would be her business. Before Google even existed, she'd checkout every library book she found on hair and makeup. She decided on vocational high school so she could start her beauty career as quickly as possible. Lauren became an extension educator in November 2015 and took her passion and knowledge of hair extensions to the professional stylist community. She is known as the extension expert in Salisbury, Maryland where she transforms her clients at Do or Dye Hair Studio. Lauren sets the bar high for her competition and brings it full circle by actively participating in a charitable program that makes wigs for children who suffer from hair loss so to call her inspirational is an understatement.

Her love for extensions and this brand started in the chair as a hairtalk model; fast forward 4 years later becoming a hairtalk Master Educator is one of the greatest accomplishments of her career (so far!). After joining the industry in 2013, Natalie took an unorthodox approach to her career and began in salon management at HOTBOX Salon Las Vegas, NV. After several years she jumped behind the chair working alongside hairtalk® Artistic Director, Victoria Casciola. Natalie Mae’s passion and wide-eyed approach to learning is what makes her such an impactful and inspiring educator. Her big personality and even bigger heart are her driving force and she says, “Every day I show up for work, walk into the salon or into a class, I am living my dream”.

She earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts 2009, studied in Spain, maintains dual British| American citizenship after living in the UK for 5 years and gave birth to her daughter - in her car! She was a JMPS National Color Educator for 8 years, servicing clients behind the chair and sales consulting for salons so she understands the importance on both sides in aligning with a brand that truly empowers the stylist and salon. Extensions and education are her true passions and working with several different extension brands has joined the hairtalk Academy team after falling in love with our products, enthusiasm for education and our commitment to the beauty industry professional. When she’s not flexing those muscles she’s busy traveling with her family, learning to play the drums and practicing to get her motorcycle license!

She connected with another like-minded stylist who mentored her and they eventually became business partners as stylists and educators. She currently is a studio owner in Coeurd'Alene, ID. Nichole believes in surrounding herself with positive people who inspire her to continuously become a better version of herself. She is always learning and encourages every stylist she meets to be the kind of stylist who supports others.

After realizing the corporate world was not for her, Robin “took a beat” to consider what she truly loved. Being an artist at heart and having an obsession for all things beauty, she immediately discovered her calling. She always approaches her clients at Abstrakt Studio in Dallas, TX asking about their #hairgoals and no matter where the conversation goes, one thing is certain; her clients always leave happy because her hair goal is about making them look and feel fabulous. Robin loves to teach and her passion for inspiring other stylists is her driving force in class since part of her #hairgoal is to support other stylists in their career path.
