I received the second topper piece i purchased to keep my client with one so you can repair the defective clip in the front that your rep agreed upon. I received the return label and plan on sending soon , probably by next week with coordinating with my client . Your rep I spoke with mentioned a reimbursement for the damage because I reordered another one. . I wondered what the status was on that? I was happy to hear that that would be considered. I have great feedback from My clients with the quality and design of your top peices I have ordered in the past. I realize this is probably a rare thing.
