Keratin Extension Shield

hairtalk® Keratin Extension Shields protect and isolate the area of application to keep flyaways controlled and avoid heat contact against the client's scalp while acting as a stylist's guide for proper placement.

Directions: With the shield opening facing left, isolate a section of the client's hair through the center opening equal to the density of 1 Keratin extension. Place the shield so the upper guideline is directly over the partline for that row and clip the shield in place. Lay the natural hair down and flat against the shield gently securing the client's hair between your thumb and index fingers. Using the lower guideline, place 1 Keratin extension bond with the top of the bond aligned along the lower guideline. Apply the Keratin extensions as directed in hairtalk® Keratin Application Reference Guide. Remove the clip and gently slide the shield down and away from client's hair.
