NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. To enter, follow @hairtalkusa on TikTok and tag a friend in the comments of the TikTok post related to the Giveaway. Each tagged friend counts as an individual entry, and sharing the TikTok post related to the Giveaway via TikTok Stories counts as 5 additional entries.

Giveaway: All entries must be received between 12:00 a.m. Eastern time on February 14, 2024 and 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on February 21, 2024. No alternate form of entry will be honored. Sponsors not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected entries, or for computer or computer network errors at any point. Use of automated devices or “bots” is prohibited. Giveaway entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway is open to all residents of the continental U.S. & Canada other than employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and their immediate family members and household members of the Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, advertising and production agencies. Must be a licensed hair stylist & 18 years of age or older to enter as of promotion start date. All valid entries must be made from an TikTok account that remains public for the duration of the Giveaway. Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the TikTok account used for entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is legally responsible for the associated TikTok account. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted. By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors and/or its agents. Odds of winning prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZES: Winner will receive $250 hairtalk hair credit in their hairtalk account. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of each prize. Prize is not transferable. No substitution of prizes permitted except at Sponsors’ option, including Sponsors’ right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. Simultaneous giveaways will be ran on Instagram and TikTok, winner only eligible to win one giveaway. If selected to win both, a redrawing will occur.

DRAWING AND PRIZE REDEMPTION: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about February 22 from the aggregate of all eligible entries received. Awarding of prize will be conducted by Sponsors, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the promotion. Sponsors will notify the winners via Direct Message for TikTok to the respective winner’s TikTok account. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 72 hours of notification, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility in order to claim a prize and/or a publicity/liability release. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prize will be added to winners hairtalk Pro Account.

LIABILITY: Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use each winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes without compensation. TikTok, Sponsors and their promotional and advertising agencies, and all respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of each, shall be released from, shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by participants and winners for any damage, loss or liability to persons or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of participation in this Giveaway and/or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes or participation in this promotion. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend part or all of this promotion should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsors corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the promotion. Sponsors and their promotion and advertising agencies, and all respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of each, are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost, interrupted or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by the Sponsors, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user's system or limit a participant's ability to participate in the promotion. Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual that Sponsors reasonably believe to have tampered with the entry process or with the operation of the promotion, or who is found to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
